Details Introduction

Low-porosity clay brick is made of three raw materials: clay material, dead-burned bonded clay and white scorched gem, which are respectively broken into 5-3mm,3-1mm, and ≤ 0.088mm. Six kinds of clay materials are mixed into particles with other 6 kinds of additives. After binder, fine powder and uniformity, the brick blank is pressed with standard brick on 260T friction brick for 6-8 times and dried in a drying kiln at 110°C for 16h, when the moisture content of the brick is less than 1%, it is fired in a tunnel kiln.
